Current positions include:

Lead Associate

As the Lead Associate at Stoller Family Estate, you will have a crucial role in leading and inspiring sales and wine club sign-ups at our Heritage Tasting Room. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Executing service through the lens of Fanatical Hospitality to reach the sales and club sign-up goals of the Tasting Room.
2. Complement other Associates’ activity by assisting with POS transactions, Stoller procedural information, opening/closing operations, and the overall organization of the tasting room’s day-to-day activities.
3. Assisting associates with training opportunities and acting as a role model for other associates in how to conduct sales, service, and hospitality.

Lead Host

As the Lead Host at Stoller Family Estate, you will greet guests with a warm smile and words of welcome, manage our incoming reservations and guest inquiries, assign guests to fellow team members for service, and focus on guest satisfaction while maximizing the efficiency of the tasting room. You will serve as a role model and leader by example for the Stoller support team, and will have a critical role in ensuring the success of our day-to-day operations at Stoller Family Estate.
